If debt is at 270k, do you know the rules on converting it?
Seems Winters was upset at a 35k conversion note as holder extracted maximum value. At least Winters is ridding away of the debt, as opposed to added more. That's Good!

270k @ par .001 = 270,000,000 mil shares
270k @ par .0008 = 337,500,000
270k @ par .0005 = 540,000,000 shares.

I think the big holder will be back imo.
