I believe DAS was put together by Huff and Bob Jones. It being an SDVOSB increases the chances of getting a military contract for us, because the gov't is obligated to award a certain percentage of $ in contracts to SDVOSBs (there's some question as to whether or not the gov't has been living up to this obligation, however, as pointed out by Sen. Kerry in his latest rave on the subject (see news out on this around Memorial day).
