How do you explain this:
The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has set April 9, 2015 as the Effective Date for the Company's reverse stock split wherein for each 4,000 shares of the Company's Common Stock held, each holder of the Company's Common Stock shall receive one (1) new share of the Company's Common Stock with all fractional shares rounded up to the next whole share (the "Reverse Split").
So April 9th, stock was .40/share and 32 trading days later this is sub penny. This company is burning through money, thats why its in $2M debt and has very little revenue.
Why has the CEO not purchased one single share of stock? Why has she sold $235K of stock?
This company has a great track record of -99% of stock value. It will soon prove that since the reverse split.
Go ahead and tell us how great the shows are. Better yet, get us some data.
