All depends on warrant holders investment objective. If they plan to sell the shares upon exercising the warrants, most would hold off until share-price meets there target. If they plan to hold the shares long term, probably would exercise at strike to avoid expiration (in which case they would lose all their investment). In either case with the price hovering near strike, I would guess all warrants will be exercised before June !
