Logan, STRAT is key IMO. Without Strat you can't compete with Mobile/Cell Telco's. That is the final piece. Yes the others can operate independantly but the Strat is the key IMO.

I urge everyone not to get too excited about Strat news this month. Remember stair step test. You can't just float up something you paid alot in R&D and have it bomb. I believe the first PR will be a succesful flight at a record height. That may take longer than 90days.
