I don't think it is either. I think it's just CDEL and VNDM exchanging shares to try and shake the weak hands into getting scared and selling off to them. They know where this stock is going and they want all the shares they can get when it climbs. Hell, 185 million on the bid of 2's yesterday was CDEL. Today he is sitting on 124 million on the bid at 1's which he just took off the board a second ago and put another 10 million on the bids at 2's. They just want the weak shares.
