If the CEO were the one buying here, do you really think he would manipulate a stock dump so he could get cheap shares? Check my math but doesn't a stock move up in price when people hit the ask? This isn't the company buying back shares but if it were, don't you think the company would want the price to increase? You don't help the price by instituting a 200M share dump on the bid. This is not the company buying back, this is one of the noteholders who probably got shares under .0001 getting their money.
