BTS, I hear you on the BOD Compensation-Options! ...

So, it seems like between now and July 5 or so things will Heat-Up.

Grants given to BOD: time constraints.

I believe "the deal" is already done. So why has it not been announced? Simple. The board just got sizable option grants. Did we really think they would announce the deal just days after these grants were issued? No way. The SEC would have been all over that! The board has been smart to wait a little while so no impropriety could be scrutinized, which it would have been! They need to "play it cool". Things will happen very soon now that some time has elapsed. Relax people.

Hope AZ and others are right and the target is WMILT. Makes perfect sense. Wow.
