The 51m number is directly from the company prospectus. It is also in the latest 10Q.

"As of May 19, 2015, the aggregate market value of our outstanding Class A common stock held by non-affiliates, or the public float, was approximately $41.1 million, which was calculated based on 51,349,534 shares of outstanding Class A common stock held by non-affiliates and on a price per share of $0.80, the closing price of our Class A common stock on the NASDAQ Capital Market on May 19, 2015."

Being "wrong" has been extremely profitable.
