Just checked PFSF, a stock that some of us bought from the SERIAL SIMMONDS FRAUDSTER first.

It has been halted, as there has been no reporting activity since Sept 30, 2013. This FRAUDSTER filed a 10-K on Dec 2013, begging for an extension to file PFSF's year end, but never did.
