Stocks like this have a better track history Trading up or down
at a penny; Than they do at the Sub-Penny Junk Level.
It is best just to (watch-wait-and-see).

Now this does look like a possible winner.
But none the less, at the Sub-Penny Level it's still just Junk Stock
