There still working on the funding.
There was never a fact that it would happen on or before 3/31/15.
It just been talk.
So we wait a little longer, So what.
The fact that we got a 1st Q, Is good and nothing bad happen in the 1Q No R/S No adding more shares to speck of. we are at 1,8 B + 400,000 spoken for is the same 2.2 it was before.
So over all good !!!!

It will happen just takes time to get it all together, it is not as simple as some think is is !!!!
