"VOIS" Running around like frightened Rabbits! One day good stock, so I am buying, the next day bad news, so I am selling! Yes, it is tough to know exactly what's going on, but let the clouds clear and see the blue skies above! Problems in the P-Stock arena shouldn't frighten anyone! They always happen! But problems arrived at through sheer speculation should not be considered valid until they are proven to be true and accurate! And how often does that pan-out?

About the NEW auditor, who has since vanished from the scene! I just don't think She or He knew exactly what was going on with Vois! In his or her haste to put a 10Q together, many parts of an old 10Q, sprinkled with a few new facts, were bundled together in an incomprehensible package of true nonsense! IMO opinion of course, but it could very well have happened with a new person doing the work! I remember the same financial stuff a couple of 10Q's AGO! I also heard recent statements (Casey,) stating that enough money was available to complete the first Manufacturing phase, thereby canceling out the present need for 100,000 Gs! With new people, there is also the probability of that person making mistakes! Especially now, when things are so hustle bustle, a helpless new auditor not getting the proper training, trying to figure things out on her/his own, and falling short of the knowledge to put together a worthwhile and comprehensive 10Q package! Too much to ask maybe!

I hope for a reasonable explanation, for there probably is one beneath the surface! I hold strong and Long as usual! If something goes radically wrong, I'll just chalk-it-up to the perils of P-Stock Investing! But in the meantime, I don't know whether the Auditor was FIRED, which is quite possible, or just left because, in her or his superior knowledge of being at the helm for only a few short months, she came to the conclusion that the Company was a sham in sheep's clothing, much like a couple of other posters think? That, to me, IMHO, is radical speculating that Criminal activity is what forced her to leave on her own? Just not worth talking about!

A lot of Penny Stock maneuvering can confuse people, especially those who come to work thinking that they are working for the next Intel-like company, not realizing that every start-up, even Intel, probably maneuvered their way to the top as well! It must be awfully scary to view the Books/Figures and wonder how this company is going to make it, feeling that her days are numbered due to all the uncertainties? Maybe just another frightened Rabbit going through the motions, not knowing exactly what to do! Maybe, who knows? BUT, other Auditor(s)left too! Chances are that the Auditor left because there was a mortgage to pay-off, and shares just weren't going to do the trick! Then, is a person going to do a bang-up job when not provided with a decent weekly paycheck, and when job security is at an all-time low as well? Think about it, let the facts speak? We'll just have to wait! So long to the frightened ones who sell-out at the whimper of a problem, so long!! Still Strong and Long Vois... GLTA
