Thanks legal. Now I know what diluting means, however how does that apply in the stock world? The company is purposefuly trying to lower the value of their stock? Why? It's to their bennefit to have us buy shares and increase the company's worth isn't it?
o/s and a/s stands for outstanding shares and actual right? I didn't think there was anything wrong necessarily with raising or lowering those shares- am I incorrect? Sorry for the amount of questions- just trying to get a feel!
