Great point. Yes 1040 (or is it 4010..never remember) will blanket an entire metro area with enough shoe boxes to form a comm. web. Cell phones will become extinct! No Towers. These babies sit on roof tops.
As Huff said DECT was just approved for US market and is more powerful and less interuptive wireless service than current standard here now. If so, GTE has a lock on tech to not only ramrod cheap service to telecom net the world inexpensively, but save US consumers a ton of money, while reaping huge unreal profits.
The plan appears to be get the foreign market, make a pile of money, then attack US market.
Yes. I learned today why GTE might very well have some 500 LB gorillas laying awake at night trying to figure out how to sabatoge this company.
It became a lot clearer to me today.

PS..Now, if GTE would only get this tech stuff disclosed today into trade print, and some respectable financial press (ie. Barrons) we might (LOL) just get some serious new investors in here as a counter-weight. Something Mac and I have pressed GTE on for many moons.
