Why are you guys confusing the subject. Unless they are co patent owners parter ships don't count be they real or otherwise. Only the holder of the patent request has the right to sue for infringement. If you care to debate the issue at least talk about the same apples and don't throw a random grape in there to confuse. Won't work and isn't working..
