based on the agreement, if Terra Nova pulls out of the agreement, then all thing being equal, the operatorship reverts to Henc.that is why they are looking for rigs, they have people in Australia. also Henc will have copies of all the seismic as well as the interpretation, they are entitles to it all, as part of the agreement.
