I suspect that the lawsuit will push forward . I've communicated with him and he seems very determined. I still have a token amount of CMKX due to my system of always holding a few percent after cashing in the majority on the pump and dump. With QBID it paid off well with another $ 100,000 in my pocket. CMKX , well that's a different story were the plan so far has been a bust. But I'll join his group just to finally learn the truth about this whole sordid episode , and maybe contribute to seeing some of these touts prosecuted for their activities. As far as Frizzy goes , he seems lost in the woods, and not even worth the 50 bucks or so most paid for his representation.
