Here is a link to a bio of Mr. Orecklin... what he is focused on now for msft... where he has come from... etc... Microsoft has become something of an entrepreneurial company all over again... their old business model is fading... a new business model is emerging... it is so very rare to see a company like msft reinvent itself... most of that size and stature fade into the sunset when the new paradigm comes... when the old business model has been as successful as msft's it is just too difficult to believe it won't continue forever... new paradigms require radical shifts in strategy... and it appears msft is up to the task... Mr. Orecklin's areas of experience and focus are in fact at the heart of Softies new business model... jmo... glta...
