I agree-- if they continue to add customers and can do at least 0.08 EPS annually, even if it comes in "lumpy" fashion on and off through the year, and they can grow it by 1-3 cents a year by adding more and more customers and gaining revenues from Europe (what that $0.5M expenditure is ostensibly about!), then this is severely undervalued here. I say it's undervalued right now based on current trailing earnings.

But ssshhhh! a part of me hopes it will drop to the 0.30s so i can buy more.
