I don't consider the equity given up by HENC a free ride. This appears to be more of a blind side for Civelli's to impose their will. They have 30% now through Perseville. Their capital into and board member of TGC gives them power there. They are in control with over 51% between the two entities.
The question is, if HENC adds no more or does nothing new what are they left with?
