Seriously, those shares are a corporate asset and I have no doubt they got sold with the proceeds becoming "salaries" for whoever remains when they should have been used instead to pay auditors to get the filings done. Trading on this company needs to be halted immediately because they are already 45 days past the filing deadline for the K and just past the Q deadline, that's two mandatory filings that we know of. Obviously, disposal of shares by insiders would require more filings. This all harkens back to the days this company and its shareholders were raped by the 3 Little Pigs.
