We will have to agee to disagree on one point. There will be a 10-12G filed by Radient. There will be one PR announcing a reverse merger. There will be a filing to announce a proxy vote by both corporation shareholders on the proposed merger of radient and Provista Diagnostics according to the 2010 LOI to reverse merge. Then after Radient ';s R.I.P. will be completed and the Zombie's will be singing "Time of The Season" and MC'd by the wolf howling Have Mercy Have Merger you understand...

Eli Lilly abandoned a Tradename vYDESSA used for other purposes..Then they made an attemt to tradename VYDESSA again for a different type of Goods and services...Then Provista trademarked VIDESSA. Now Provista owns VYDESSA and VIDESSA.. The strangest thing is Eli Lilly did the trademarking in unison for Provista...What type of connection is going on with Eli Lilly of Pheonix Arizona and Provista Diagnostics?

Researchers in the Virginia G. Piper Center for Personalized Diagnostics at the Biodesign Institute at ASU are working to identify and test new biomarkers for a wide range of conditions based on individual patient profiles. The technologies licensed by Provista were primarily developed in the labs of professors Joshua LaBaer and Karen Anderson.



SCOTTSDALE, Arizona, October 25, 2013 - Provista Diagnostics, Inc., a leading molecular diagnostics company focused on developing and commercializing proprietary diagnostic, prognostic and predictive tests for cancers affecting women, has licensed a series of biomarker technologies developed by researchers at the Biodesign Institute of Arizona State University.
