It does not matter what Dominion did.

It does not matter what USFF did.

What matters is what Radient Pharmaceuticals did: they gave up. They had no assets remaining and they were insolvent. There was no money to file the missing financials and there was no point in trying to find the money.

It does not matter that it is possible today for Radient to file those missing financials and/or reinstate the corporation in Delaware. Neither is going to happen because Radient chose to simply die.

R.I.P.

There will never be another news article, PR, or interview about Radient Pharmaceuticals. RXPC is never going to trade again. End of story and I mean that literally. This story ended last July. Everything we say about Radient now is in the past tense.

Anyone who cannot understand that is beyond hope and doomed to make similar mistakes in the future. My condolences for their future losses in zombie biotechs.
