The current value is based only on Speculative expectation of market that LBSR can Fail at JV. This is the reason price is where it is along with selling by note holders....

Once a JV is announced.....it is a Whole Different Ball game at LBSR....

The value after that announcement will Depend on so Many Variables.....Who is partner, how much, how quick, when drill, etc.......and of course drill results based on ZTEM. .... So Many Variables.....

None here posting can affect value....ands it will be New investors who will Calculate not speculate the value of the company based on business principles specific to mining explorers...and send possible buyout value. ...

5 cents per share maybe a starting point once JV started but I challenge anyone to Guess How High it may get....I agree once with deadjim in a much earlier post that many will sell out way too early but no one will know if that was possibly smart or not.

I used a calculation of Net Present Value based on a JV and preliminary results verifying Briscoe estimate of 25 cents even if 99% of Minerals given away to partner.

Only the future will know who turned out correct but it is not like anyone will lose once A JV is implemented..
