It's just that the value is very compelling. Trading at a 2.4 million mrkt value, recently as low as 1.8 million is incredible proposition to me. Consider since the 2010 time period, the market value has sustained a 10-25 million valuation.

The recent conversions have left little convertible debt remaining and 160 million shares+ have been accumulated since roughly first of the year. Probably 750k+ purchased under no pump and 4 PRs. Clearly others see the value as well..

The opportunity is present, JV and drilling initiation probably puts this speculative play in the. 50++ mill range. The NAK JV shot this to 90 million peak alone..

I believe they need to complete shareholder meeting and lock down directors and flexible share structure. Then secure some operating financials via Tangiers S-1 or private placements. Then, IMO the corporate structure is ready for JV and drilling.

I will accumulate and my thinking this can all be underway by or in Q4 this year. Speculative and plausible...
