Frustrated? Yup, just like everybody else. From what I understand now, they are using the same testing means as U.L., so that when they've achieved their required level of satisfaction, after their submittal, approval for listing should be well under 90 days. FCC approval I'm not sure about.

If correct, U.L. listing is like Consumer's Magazine approval, in that it gives the green light in terms of being of value to the general public.

The ability to contract sales beforehand is a grey area to me, still as of yet. If a company feels the fuel cells are sufficiently adequate to meet their needs without the gov. approval, who's to stop a buyer from placing an order, so long as there is no retail sales intended?

To be sure though, this is what I myself am waiting for before plunging in with more funds. To say they can take orders, and to announce one, is two totally separate things.

And yes, I'll agree, I never thought the timeframes would drag out this long.
