This is just common sense. You don't cover a warranty, a warranty cover something, but that's not what was claimed.

That was the claim:

if Saleen claims to be tuning Tesla's drivetrain, then they would need to cover under their own warranty also, but they don't. Period.

And that's what everyone been arguing about for weeks, that Saleen doesn't need to cover Tesla's drivetrain BY LAW. Now this has been proven wrong by FTC guidelines. So now you are claiming that Saleen is indeed covering Tesla's drivetrain under Saleen's warranty?
