All those examples are true but even the ones with partnerships deals etc. tank after tutes exit. Look at INO. They got a partnership deal with Roche and then diluted at a higher. This year not one tute filed a sg13. Also, the thing got beaten down to 1.60 pre-rs which was down from a high pre rs of $4.00.
