Listening at 1:08 in the presentation right now for the answer to the rate of progress question, i.e... Why all the potential partnership discusssion down through the years without a partner? Tom's answer is that "in house" changes the game. His answer to why companies haven't invested is because they want to see solid information before investing. If the data has proved out one company has promised to do "packaging" with access to all of their engineering capabilities. So, we wait.
