SLNN ALL TIME LOW week-ending close at .0046.
Saleen is Microstock which will trade in fractions of a penny going forward.
SLNN dropped another (16.7%) this week after dropping (36.2%)last week after dropping (18.1%) the previous week after dropping (10.1%) the week before, after dropping (6.6%) the week before that and (97.3%) in the last twelve months.

With no current or future funding source(s) disclosed how will Saleen pay it's bills? The unannounced layoff of 33% of it's employees has reduced the company to no more than 20 people.
Only a handful of these remaining employees work in production.
How many cars can Saleen even tune at this point? Not enough production to pay it's current bills or it's past due and delinquent Payroll taxes, Bank note payments or Vendor payments.
No explanation or path to solvency is evident in any PR announcements.
Saleen does not know where it is going or how to get the financing it needs to survive, why would investors risk their capital? No lender would touch them at this point. All the assets are pledged to other lenders. No deep pocket investor is going to jump in. Too expensive. Saleen is losing ($814K) per month.
Now it looks like the CEO is moving to SMI under new ownership to sell cars in Asia.
