It remains to be seen if they held event insurance, which would mitigate the amount of actual cash money they would have to refund. It appears that a lot of people are taking the ticket exchange option (which would have to be expensed as good will?) as evidenced in comments on their fb page. No way to know until they list it on the financials. As always, it would help if the company provided any sort of guidance about anything.
