Conversion price is based on lowest closing bid. If the lowest closing bid is higher, then they have fewer shares to receive thru conversion.

I am assuming that 66M & 79M conversion shares are based on 0.0001(lowest closing bid) price. So, if we are buying these shares @0.0002 then the conversions will be reduced to 33M & 39.5M respectively. Am I reading correct here?
