that's not how it works in reverse mergers like this. I don't own any NDOL anymore so I could care less, but the "insiders" have no reason to sell their shares.

Why would you make your oil company go public only to sell your share of it at less than what it's worth?

These guys didn't put their companies public in order to sell their stake in it at less than what it's worth. It doesn't make any sense.
