being polite, you're foolish if you think that insiders do not intend to sell shares. Look at the 144s listed already. When the restrictions get lifted there will be many more. The reason why they went public on the US market in the first place is TO SELL SHARES. So they could make individual profits by selling stock while retaining majority ownership of the company. In Private companies, insiders make money with salaries and bonuses, taking from the revenue stream of the company. In Public companies, insiders sell shares. Period.
