This is exactly the point "autthor Frederic" was making in his article.

None of what the authors talks about regarding the warranty makes any sense. Sure he can ramble on and on and on but he won't provide proof. His email to Tesla doesn't ask the question would they deny a warranty claim for a Saleen Tesla. He appears to tip toe lightly around the subject...hmmmmm
