It's going to .0001 no matter what. It's not an IF question, it's a WHEN...a PR or two could delay the inevitable. Yes, it sucks for any and all that threw money down on LIBE. I promise you that the CEO hasn't fired a single synapse, much less a thought, about anybody "investing" in his "company". When you play the pennies, sometimes you make huge gains, sometimes you lose it all. It's the nature of the OTC.
