The dragging out is worrying. Hate to sound paranoid but you have to wonder if the judge is being pressured to render a decision against NCE. Based on the transcripts, it seems pretty clear the FDA have overstepped their boundaries and acted with the intent of harm rather than truth, fairness and consistency.
