Thats correct, the PR said P20 is EXTENDING the pilot program for the southern company to do 3-5 day test runs. The PR doesnt say anything about Not doing the pilot.

Why would Econav and the "opportunity" team be almost finished with the second P20 facility if they didnt like their pilot results? $15 million is nothing to sneeze at.

Heddle was very clear as to what the company is doing and who wants these machines.
