There have been many folks over the years saying what they seen with there own two eyes and its coming.


Here you are stating they are finalizing financing before a pilot program is even done. According to the PR it says PTOI has extended the time granted for the pilot to be finished. WTF would they be finalizing financing for before they even sample it out.

Don't get me wrong I want a sale to be finalized but I just don't pick up what your dropping
