You may or may not be right. However, JT does has the "skill set" to file a quarterly report. For some reason he chose not to. I believe there is a reason for that choice. I think you are correct in the fact that the audit is being drug out due to some of the deception that previous management created. In the end, I believe that it will all get worked out and UNQT will get the audit completed. Jmo
