JT/CEO does not have the skill sets nor the experience to bring UNQT current. The past skulldugery that went on with Mr. Lance/former CEO of UNQT may be the reason the so-called audit is stalled. The SEC is listed on the BK docs of Mr. Lance's wife, Martha who, if you remember, was given shares. Don't know if all this related party junk has been sorted out. JT maybe caught up in a web of Lance's lies and deception.
