It is a PUBLISHED PATENT REQUEST That means it is now in the final phase. Younare correct that it could take years for final however. But even if it takes 20 years it is still protected under patent pending. And even if it is denied tommorow it can be appealed and still take 20 years to get results. That people want to make this a negative process has nothing to do with reality. Patent pending IS patent pending protection no matter how long it takes.
