The settling parties originally wanted $19.3 mil which they settled with WMILT for $2.8 mil. Non-settling parties want $46,751,134, amounts which aren't settled and have discovery hearings scheduled into the year 2016.

Only $2.8 million for sure denied plus whatever WMILT would have paid the non-settling parties (an amount that has yet to be determined).
