It won’t be long before we see AWSL’s financials for Q1-2015. Does the Message Board Chairman know if the report is going to include disclosure of any Notice of Actions and/or more Claims filed against the company in the Supreme Courts?

How much of a claim would it have to be to wipe out all of AWS's current equity in one swoosh? Will be interesting to see if there is any merit to the claims and/or if any of the claims have to do with former, very public issues and/or involve a higher power.

Why does AWSL have legal issues with each and every one of their former associates? Seems like a lot of litigation for such a tiny company…

Don’t these litigious matters obstruct new potential business development (not to suggest that there is any) and/or new investors? Seems like a lose-lose situation for shareholders since no one wins these costly legal battles.

As a wise man once said: “this company is different than most other pinkies who claim to be pursuing an uplisting...”

I've been away from the board for days so imagine my surprise to see that things have taken off in my absence...

10 Questions for the Message Board Chairman GT:

1. Is AWSL really different than most other pinkies? How so?

2. Is AWSL selling stock like most other companies? Is and was Gilles Trahan selling shares from multiple accounts that he controls and if so, was this reported to SEC?)

3. Where's the heavy volume that drove the October 2009 PSC promotion? Won't this run fizzle-out and die just like 2009?

4. What can you tell us about the magnitude of revenues in the pipeline for 2015? Why so reluctant - the year is already more than four months behind us?

5. When are the major investors and institutional players going to "make the move" into AWSL?

6. When will we see the AWSL SEC audit report? Will that be followed by the uplisting? How long will AWSL remain an un-reporting pinkie? Will I have to wait five more years?

7. When will AWSL pay the past due bills to all of their ex-employees, namely that former IR guy?

8. When will we see the uplisting to get away from the pinkies? How successful does AWSL need to be to warrant an uplisting?

9. What future interest does AWSL have in those fully constructed projects in Ontario, if any? ...and did AWSL actually build the projects or did they commit to outright selling/liquidating the projects some time ago? Come on, give it to us straight, we won't tell anybody...

10. Do you know who's funding the current buying of AWSL shares? Don't be so shy, you can tell us, can't you?

Gilda

Quote:this company is different than most other pinkies who claim to be pursuing an uplisting...these guys aren't selling stock like most other companies do...they want to get away from these short sellers...not to mention, how many other companies have the magnitude of revenues in the pipe that these guys have....this is real, and big money. They will raise way more $ both from individual investors and institutionally once they make the move. They followed through with their sec audit, and im told its now complete...most companies hire auditors, but dont complete audit...IMHO
