My guess is the ceo is trying to dump some share via toxic finance companies. 1 share sells at .00001 and the toxic folks buy a small number of shares at .0001 which shows the pps as rising which they will use to sell the discounted shares they receive to dupes they find via boiler rooms. remember ecdc exists to line the pockets of the ceo only.
