Now this "could" be used in Canada IF you had a lot of money but with Canada being behind the factory jobs it is very unlikely you could win.

United States law above is what I have referred to how Tesla cannot just "void" a warranty because they feel like it.

This is why Frederic Lambert doesn't know what he is taking about. He is from Canada and doesn't know United States Warranty laws. His articles are proof of this.
