Do you have information to prove that the delay in the filing is due to bad reasons?

I could easily speculate that it's due to material subsequent events that need to be addressed in the 10-k and the auditors and management are discussing how to phrase it. But that's just speculation...

If you have any proof that the delay is due to reasons that "will not be good for shareholders" I'd love to see it.
