Lites, I am making a really simple point. Let's pretend the whole massive naked shorting coordinated through messages that have been sent via signals encoded on Level 2 stock feeds and have been thankfully cracked by a few is true. Lets just pretend for a moment. And let's pretend that the contention that 80MM or so of these air shares or *markers* or whatever we want to call them exist and are sitting in the hands of loyal investors. Loyal proxy voting investors.

So pretending all that is true, when the voting on the proxy occurs every year there should be many more votes than possible based on the number of "real shares" outstanding. Maybe the full 80MM overage doesn't show up but there should be millions too many votes. I mean it should stick out like a sore thumb. But oddly it NEVER does and I GUARANTEE it won't again this year. And oddly there is never an explanation.
