I wonder if this language was special treatment for Amarin or if it's just boilerplate language the FDA puts in every CRL. I don't expect much to come out of the hearing(s) the FDA will hold this summer on the off-label issue - just a bunch of lip service and back to their cubicles patting themselves on their backs and continued navel gazing (or dithering if you prefer). If Amarin had waited for the FDA to take action, as those who actually have faith in the FDA have suggested, they likely would be very disappointed!
